Kid Power - Website for Children with Disabilities

Please check out this web page:
http://www.kid-power.org/

It is an online support group for children (and their families) with disabilities.
I read about Kyle, a young boy with cereral palsy. His mother has posted stories about Kyle, and a comprehensive list of his therapies and doctors visits. There is a picture of Kyle playing soccer on his story page.

The webpage provides information on a spectrum of disabilites affecting children. It also has supportive information for families of children with disabilities. As with Kyle's mother, when a child is diagnosed with a disability, families have a need to inform themselves and look for a community of support.

Wow. This is a true support-oriented site. Did you take a walk though "Kyle's friends?" Page after page of profiles of kids with various disabilities from all over the net.
